In Quebec City, INO (Institut National d’Optique) has signed a technology transfer agreement with LeddarTech, a new spinoff company, for the development and commercialization of Leddar technology developed by INO researchers. LeddarTech offers sensing solutions based on LED lighting. With the technology, the company brings object detection and ranging capability to LED light systems. The technology has applications in a variety of sectors, including transportation and industry.
