Hexagon Acquires Voyansi, Adds Reality Capture Capabilities
STOCKHOLM, June 20, 2024 — Hexagon, a developer of digital reality solutions, has acquired Voyansi, a provider of building information modelling (BIM) and virtual design and construction solutions, reality capture services, and BIM workflow software development. Voyansi’s services are used to digitize assets, including data centers, hospitals, and industrial facilities, across the design, build, and operating phases of their lifecycles.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Last year, Hexagon partnered with image sensor developer Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corp. to advance its reality capture solutions.
