Gigaphoton Inc. of Oyama, Japan, a lithography light source manufacturer for the semiconductor industry, has established a subsidiary in the US. Gigaphoton USA Inc. will be located in Beaverton, Ore., and will provide service, support and training for US customers. The company also has customer support bases in Fishkill, N.Y., and in Austin, Texas.
