Fujitsu Opens Business Support Center in Europe
Fujitsu Ltd. of Tokyo announced that it is strengthening its global sales and support network by opening a European business support center in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for its optical components products. The company has such a facility established in the US in San Jose, Calif. Fujitsu is also creating a new sales support organization in Singapore to handle the Asian market. The two new sales support sites began operations on August 1. Fujitsu said its line of high-performance optical components have been available to customers in global markets, and its overseas affiliates will now act as sales channels for these devices. Technical support for optical components products will also be provided by the new business support centers, the company said.
