The Fox Group Inc. of Montreal has signed a nonexclusive license agreement with a European company for various patents. The Canadian company will allow its partner to use patents related to silicon carbide and bulk growth of compound semiconductor crystals. Rights to the patents were offered as a result of the former company’s discontinuation of research into these processes.
