St. Florian, Austria-based EV Group, a wafer bonding and lithography equipment supplier, has announced that Morocco-based wafer-level camera manufacturer Nemotek Technologie has placed a repeat order for its bonding and UV nanoimprint lithography systems – the EVG520IS and IQ Aligner. The latter company will use the systems to address its production demands for CMOS imaging sensors and wafer-level optics deployed in wafer-level cameras for mobile applications.
