Infrared Solutions Inc.’s board of directors has agreed to the sale of the company to Fluke Electronics Corp., a manufacturer of professional electronic test tools based in Everett, Wash. Infrared Solutions, located in Plymouth, Minn., designs, manufactures and sells a broad range of thermal imaging products for predictive and preventive maintenance, among other applications. The transaction was expected to close during the fourth quarter.
