ROCHESTER, N.Y., July 19 -- Fibertech Networks, which builds metro-area dark fiber networks in mid-size US cities, announced the completion of its intra-city, dark fiber optic network in Hartford, Conn. Fibertech also has metro networks in Albany, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, N.Y.; Providence, R.I.; Indianapolis; and Pittsburgh.
