FEI and Imago Form Alliance
Imago Scientific Instruments Corp. of Madison, Wis., has announced a comprehensive collaboration with FEI Co. of Hillsboro, Ore., on the distribution and marketing of its Leap product line. The contract also enables the Oregon-based company to establish an equity position in Imago, with an option to purchase the Wisconsin company in the future.
