Exfo Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. of Vanier, Quebec, Canada, is consolidating the operations of its Photonics and Life Sciences Div. and transferring them from Fishers, N.Y., to Toronto. The reorganization is part of an ongoing effort to tighten market focus and to improve long-term operations. The company estimates that it will derive $1.5 million in annual savings as a result.
