Robert Edmund was named a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 program in the Greater Philadelphia region, according to optical components provider Edmund Optics. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Edmund, the son of founder Norman Edmund, has expertise in business strategy, and optical manufacturing and product development as well as global catalog marketing.
