Based in Vancouver, Canada, Creo makes workflow software used by printers to manage the transfer of text, graphics and images from the computer screen to the printing press. Creo's shareholders approved the transaction on March 29. The EU's action follows approvals from regulatory authorities in Canada and Israel. Kodak said it continues to work with the authorities of the US and South Africa to secure regulatory approval, and that it expects to complete the acquisition later this summer.
