Distribution Partnership
Rudolph Technologies Inc. of Flanders,
N.J., has selected the John P. Kummer Group to distribute its probe card test and
analysis products in Europe. The partnership was established in anticipation of
growing demand as the semiconductor manufacturing industry continues its recovery
and manufacturers look for new methods to reduce cost and optimize test process
performance.
