Danaher Motion of Wood Dale, Ill., has acquired G&L Motion Control Inc.'s operations in Fond du Lac, Wis. G&L, which provides motion control systems to machine-building OEMs in packaging, converting, assembly and factory automation worldwide, is expected to strengthen Danaher's multiaxis systems.
