Azores Corp., a supplier of photolithography equipment for the flat panel display and semiconductor industries, announced it has completed its relocation to a new 33,000-sq.-ft. corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Mass. The new facility was specifically designed for photolithographic stepper manufacturing and features 15-ft.-high ceilings and 10,000 sq. ft. of Class 1000 cleanroom facilities.    . . .    Psi-Tec Corp., a Wilmington, Del.-based developer of electro-optic plastics for applications in commerce, homeland security and medical technology, announced that polymeric electro-optic scientist C.C.
