Lloyd Breedlove has been elected president and CEO of Imalux Corp., a Cleveland, Ohio-based developer of medical imaging equipment based on optical coherence tomography technology.   . . .   John Chin has been elected vice president-Asia of photomask manufacturer Photronics Inc. He will be responsible for the company's manufacturing and sales activities in China, Singapore and Taiwan and will be based at Photronics' facility in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. Chin was previously a senior manager at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.
