Automated inspections solution provider August Technology announced it has received orders for automated wafer inspection systems from multiple leading manufacturers of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The orders, which are scheduled to ship this quarter, include NSX-series automated inspection systems and automated film frame handlers and are valued at more than $1.5 million.
