DALSA Corp.'s semiconductor foundry in Bromont, Quebec, has announced the technology transfer of multiple MEMS-based sensors for Motorola Inc., one of DALSA’s key foundry customers. The MEMS-based sensors produced for Motorola are used for a variety of automotive, industrial and healthcare applications. Volume production will begin in August and will reach full production level in early 2003.
