Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc., of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., announced it has appointed EDO-MED as its exclusive distributor in Poland. The company will market and service the computed tomography laser mammography (CTLM) as an adjunct to mammography to provide more information before recommending patients for biopsies. The system uses laser technology and algorithms to create 3-D cross-sectional images of the breast.
