Teltron Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Video Display Corp., announced it has received orders from the US military and its prime contractors for its camera tube imaging sensors, used on the F-111 Aardvark, AH 64A Apache helicopter and Hawk missile systems. The contracts received to date total more than $300,000, and follow-on orders are anticipated later this year. . . . Research scientists from Rochester, N.Y.-based Biophan Technologies Inc. and the University of Rochester presented data at the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine 11th Scientific Meeting and Exhibition, held this month in Toronto. They described Biophan's thin-film nanomagnetic particle coating technology, which can help reduce image artifacts typically caused by metallic medical devices and enhance magnetic resonance images of catheters, guidewires and other devices.
