James Carter has been named vice president, US sales, at Laser Diagnostic Technologies Inc., which makes devices for glaucoma detection. . . . Lumenis Ltd. announced it has made a three-year multisource agreement with Premier Inc., a San Diego, Calif.-based health care alliance, to be a preferred supplier of laser and light-based devices and services. Lumenis is a provider of surgical, ophthalmic and aesthetic lasers and intense pulsed-light systems. . . . Michael A. Bradley has been appointed president of automatic test equipment supplier Teradyne Inc. He succeeds George Chamillard, who will continue as the company's CEO and chairman. Bradley joined Teradyne in 1979 and most recently was president of the Semiconductor Test Division.
