Nanotechnologies Inc. has announced new members to its board of directors. Joining the board are former Dell vice chairman Mort Topfer, Techxas Ventures co-founder Bruce Ezell, Brian R. Smith, chairman and chief executive officer of Crossroads Systems, and Nanotechnologies Inc.'s president and CEO Gary Pankonien. Dennis Wilson, chief technology officer of Nanotechnologies Inc., will continue to be chairman of the board.   . . .   Thomas J.
