DRDC Awards Immervision $5.7M to Develop Panoramic Imaging Systems
MONTREAL, Sept. 9, 2023 — Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has awarded advanced vision systems provider Immervision a $5.7 million contract from for the design and development of panoramic imaging components and systems. Immervision’s technology offerings include wide-angle imaging, sensor fusion, and image processing. The company’s technology supports applications in video surveillance, camera imaging, the Internet of Things, aerospace, and robotic perception.
