Cycle GmbH Appoints Daniel Seiler CEO
HAMBURG, Germany, Aug. 19, 2020 — Laser-based time distribution and synchronization systems manufacturer Cycle has named Daniel Seiler its CEO. Seiler, former managing director for IDS Imaging Development Systems GmbH, has 15 years of experience in the photonics industry.
Cycle, in a corresponding move, announced that company founder Franz Kaertner will transition to a central strategic role with the company, focusing on optical technologies. He will continue to head the research group for ultrafast laser physics at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY).
