Company Prepares for Relocation
JP Sercel Associates Inc. has purchased a 35,000-sq-ft facility in Manchester, N.H., in preparation for a move from its current location in Hollis, N.H. Prompted by the need for increased office and manufacturing space, the company chose the former French Hall, once part of the University of New Hampshire. It is located in Hackett Hill Research Park, a high-tech research and light industrial park.
After a two-phase renovation, the building will house the company’s administrative and manufacturing facilities as well as a job shop for contract laser drilling, wafer processing and micromachining services. It will feature a class 10,000 cleanroom, engineering space, a laser service and refurbishment center, and an equipment demonstration room.
