Global distributor Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. of Melville, N.Y., and Osram Opto Semiconductors Inc., with sites in San Jose, Calif., and other locations, have entered into a partnership agreement for the distribution of Osram’s optical semiconductor components in the US, Canada and Mexico. Osram expects to broaden its customer base, and Nu Horizons, to gain entry into the semiconductor-based lighting market.
