Cognex Names Former Siemens VP Dennis Fehr CFO

Cognex Corporation has named Dennis Fehr senior vice president of finance and CFO, effective May 3. Fehr succeeds former CFO Paul Todgham, whose resignation went into effect March 15.

Fehr most recently served as the CFO of 6K Inc, a manufacturing technology company focused on strategic materials in the battery supply chain and for additive materials. Prior to 6K, Inc., he was CFO of Fluence Energy, Inc., which he helped take public in 2021. Fehr also previously served as vice president of finance at Siemens for 15 years.
