Prosilica Inc. of Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, has been purchased by Allied Vision Technologies GmbH of Stadtroda, Germany. The companies will merge their lines of Gigabit Ethernet and FireWire cameras, extending their market position in the area of digital cameras for industrial image processing.
