It can be used in conjunction with scanning electron microscopes (SEM), SEM-related energy dispersive x-ray spectrometers or novel micro x-ray fluorescence (μXRF) analyzers. Bruker provides systems for life science molecular research in applied and pharmaceutical applications, microscopy, nanoanalysis and industrial applications, as well as cell biology, preclinical imaging, clinical research, microbiology and molecular diagnostics.
