Bodor Laser, a fiber laser cutting company, plans to invest $20 million to strengthen its U.S. presence. The investment follows Bodor's completion of its $200 million investment into the 250,000-sq-m global headquarters, Bodor Dream Park. Bodor Laser's North American workforce now exceeds 100 employees, the company said. On the heels of the opening of Bodor Laser's global headquarters in China, the company has made a $20 million investment designed to strengthen the company's presence in the U.S. Courtesy of Bodor Laser. The expansion will add additional technical experts for on-site machine installation and maintenance, alongside customer support staff focused on training and remote troubleshooting, ultimately improving response times, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Bodor will expand its U.S. spare parts warehouse, too, as part of its investment by adding inventory, increasing storage capacity, and improving fulfillment efficiency. Bodor additionally plans to establish a Technology and Service Experience Center in the U.S. The center will house a research lab dedicated to laser cutting and welding technologies, for innovation tailored to the specific needs of the North American market. The facility will offer live demonstrations and hands-on training for customers to engage with Bodor’s technology.
