Benchmark Technologies Inc. of Lynnfield and Holographix LLC of Hudson, both in Massachusetts, have entered a fabrication services agreement. Benchmark will be the exclusive worldwide distributor of Holographix’s polymer replication technology, as adapted for the fabrication of nano-imprint templates. It also will represent Holographix’s replicated optics and parts in territories currently not served by other representative organizations.
