Basler France Names Managing Director

PESSAC, France, Feb. 9, 2024 — Basler France has appointed Jalmari Vaissi managing director, effective July 1, concurrent with Basler France (formerly i2S) fully integrating as a Basler AG entity. In the new position Vaissi will continue to fulfill the functions of his current role as sales manager for northern and western Europe.

Basler AG acquired a 25.1% stake in longtime distribution partner i2S in July 2022, establishing joint venture Basler France. Per the agreement, the parent company will acquire the remaining 74.9% in July 2024.
