With its acquisition of Los Angeles-based AutoVision Inc., SpecTIR LLC of Sparks, Nev., will expand its offerings of hyperspectral industrial automation, machine vision, and the collection and analysis of airborne data. Under the terms of the agreement, AutoVision will bring the design, fabrication and sales of precision color spectral imaging products into the organization.
