Applied Photophysics, a specialist in spectrometry, has appointed Tim Flanagan as CEO and member of the board of directors. Additionally, Marc Neglia was appointed president of Applied Photophysics to lead operations in the Americas and will serve as an executive member of the company’s board of directors. Walker will support Flanagan in a transition period before resuming his previous role as a nonexecutive member of the Applied Photophysics board. Flanagan has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the life sciences tools market and has previously held roles in Bioquell, GE Life Sciences, MicroCal, BioRad, and Beckman Coulter.
