In Pasadena, Calif., Aonex Technologies Inc., a California Institute of Technology spin-out company, has been acquired by AmberWave Systems of Salem, N.H. As a result of the purchase, the New Hampshire-based company will acquire a suite of materials-integration technologies for use in solar energy and electro-optic applications.
