HERZOGENRATH, Germany, Dec. 23, 2020, — The supervisory board of AIXTRON SE, a provider of photonics technology solutions, including for electronic and optoelectronic applications, appointed Christian Danninger CFO, effective July 1, 2021. Danninger additionally joins the company’s executive board.
The appointment carries a three-year term. Danninger was most recently Group CFO of Putzmeister Holding GmbH, and CFO of Sany Europe GmbH, both companies of the Sany Group.
