Agilent to Purchase PXIT Optical Transceiver Assets
Agilent Technologies Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif., has agreed to purchase the assets of the optical transceiver test segment of PXIT Inc. in Lexington, Mass. The latter company develops and manufactures signal testing and measurement devices for clients in the high-speed data communications field.
