Agilent Technologies Opens China Headquarters Campus
Measurement company Agilent Technologies last week announced the official opening of its China headquarters campus, including the launch of the Agilent Open Lab & Solution Center, the company's second electronic measurement open lab in China; and the Life Sciences & Chemical Analysis (LSCA) Center of Excellence, Agilent's first demonstration lab for its bioanalytical measurement products. The new campus is in Beijing Wang Jing Science Park and combines Agilent’s Beijing-based reseach and development, sales, marketing, technical support and after-sale functions in one location. “With the rapid development of China’s economy, the opening of this campus is an important investment for us,” said Bill Sullivan, Agilent president and CEO, in a statement on Thursday. “Agilent has a long history of working in China, now our second-largest and fastest-growing market in the world. Today’s announcement demonstrates Agilent’s long-term commitment to China and is an integral part of our global strategy.”
