A3, 3P Mechatronics Group Partner to Bolster Workforce Development
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 10, 2023 — A newly formed partnership between the Association for Advancing Automation (A3) and 3P Mechatronics Group aims to enable A3 members to secure engineering talent within robotics, motion control, and other automation industries in collaboration with 3P Mechatronics Group. According to the organizations, 3P Mechatronics Group has access to thousands of graduating engineering candidates from colleges and universities throughout North America.
An online form is now available via both organizations’ websites to help companies identify and recruit engineering talent that aligns with their needs within industry. A3 member companies that choose to work with 3P will be able to pre-select, connect, and schedule selected candidates for one-on-one interviews.
