Stemmer Imaging Relocates Headquarters to Munich
Machine vision technology company Stemmer Imaging has relocated its headquarters to Munich, with the move taking effect Jan. 1. The company had previously been headquartered in Puccheim, Germany, where it will continue to conduct production and logistics operations. According to Stemmer, the new headquarters are located in the heart of Munich’s tech cluster and provide close proximity to vital travel infrastructure.
The move follows Stemmer Imaging’s acquisition by MiddleGround Capital, which was completed Nov. 5. The acquisition,
announced in July, sought to take the company private. Accordingly, Stemmer Imaging’s shares are to be delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of Dec. 27.
