Marchionni Joins Lumitec

Lumitec LLC, a designer and manufacturer of extreme environment LED lighting, has appointed Carmen Marchionni as its director of sales.

Marchionni brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors, along with a track record of delivering sales growth at small- and mid-size companies.

In his new position, Marchionni will work closely with President John Kujawa on strategies to build on the company’s 10-plus years of growth. He will direct inside sales, field sales and channel management teams to strengthen relationships with current customers and to cultivate new growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

Prior to joining Lumitec, Marchionni held regional vice president positions at Zones Inc. and Datalink, and he was the founder of Open Systems Solutions Inc., a value-added reseller in the information technology space. Marchionni holds an electrical engineering degree from Drexel University.
