Tall Trees LED Acquires Dallas Lighting & Photonics

Tall Trees LED Co. has completed the acquisition of Dallas Lighting & Photonics Inc.

The deal aims to grow revenue and strengthen the companies’ market placement.

Dallas Lighting & Photonics is a light engine design and engineering provider. Tall Trees LED is a developer of LED lighting for frequency-specific applications.
