Cobolt Integrates German Sales Into Hübner

Laser manufacturer Cobolt AB has integrated its German sales activity into comprehensive systems provider Hübner Group and its photonics division.

Cobolt’s long-standing German sales partner, Dag von Gegerfelt, will head sales activities for Cobolt lasers and the C-WAVE tunable laser light source in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The move aims to strengthen Hübner’s current sales force within its photonics division, focusing on servicing both entities customers.

The Hübner Group acquired Cobolt in December 2015.

Hübner develops solutions for the transportation industry. Cobolt develops continuous-wave and Q-switched diode-pumped solid-state lasers, diode laser modules and fiber-pigtailed lasers.
