Visotek Acquired by Laser Mechanisms

Citing growing customer demand, Laser Mechanisms Inc. has acquired Visotek Inc., a developer of diode lasers and smart laser tools, complementing its own laser beam delivery solutions.

Visotek will continue to operate as an independent entity in support of its existing customer base.

Laser Mechanisms is a designer and manufacturer of laser beam delivery components and articulated arm systems for high-power CO₂, YAG, and fiber lasers and other wavelengths.
