Dazer Laser Now FDA Safety Compliant
Laser Energetics Inc.’s Dazer Laser Guardian is now compliant with FDA safety regulations.
The Guardian is the first of the Dazer Laser product line to be in compliance with the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) – 21 CFR 1040.10 standard for laser products, which sets the performance and labeling requirements that all laser products must meet before shipment to commercial and government entities throughout the US.
Last month, Laser Energetics retained Jerome Dennis to help bring the laser products into full FDA and CDRH compliance. (See:

The nonlethal, less-violent device, when shined in the face of a perceived aggressor, temporarily blinds him, impairs his balance and induces motion sickness that lasts for several hours, making it difficult to move, according to company publications.
“Compliance now removes the limits on sales for test and evaluation orders and provides the company the ability to deliver unlimited order sizes to law enforcement agencies and the US federal government, said Robert D. Battis, Laser Energetics’ founder, president and CEO.
