Solar Patent
In North Carolina, !%Nextreme Thermal Solutions%! of
Durham has received US patent No. 7,638,705 for the design of a solar thermoelectric
generator for high-temperature energy conversion. The patent describes a method
of using thermoelectric energy in combination with a thermally conductive plate
to generate power. The technology was developed in collaboration with RTI International
of Research Triangle Park.
