The Rochester Region Photonics Cluster has announced its 2003-2004 officers and directors: chairman, Christopher Cotton, ASE Optics Inc.; president, John Hart, Lumetrics Inc.; secretary, John S. Hurbrand, attorney; treasurer, Len Simon, G-S Plastic Optics Inc. Continuing directors are Christopher Cotton, John Hart, Rick Plympton, Thomas Battley, Kevin Kearney and Wayne Knox. New directors are James Sydor and Christopher Palmer.

Peter Voss, will resign effective May 9. DALSA said Voss has decided to move with his family to New Brunswick.

Pete Groth, who was promoted to vice president and treasurer.
