The 808-nm QCW mini-bar laser diode arrays from LumiSpot Tech can be used in application fields including lighting, inspections, R&D, and solid-state diode pumps. The arrays’ single transmitter cavity is arranged into a one-dimensional line array set into an array that can be built with one to 40 diode bars of up to 150-W QCW power and come packaged with a gold/tin alloy hard solder which allows good thermal control and reliability at high temperatures of operation. The 808-nm QCW mini-bar laser diode arrays feature an 808-nm wavelength output, a pulsed width of 200 µs, output power of between 5400 W and 6000 W, and between ≤36 and ≤40 bars depending on the model.
