ProPhotonix to Distribute Oclaro Lasers
ProPhotonix Ltd. of Salem, N.H., will market Oclaro’s line of high-power lasers in North America and Europe. The lasers complement ProPhotonix’s low-power laser diodes and modules for the medical, defense and security, and instrumentation industries, and will address other applications, including materials processing and printing. “Given their recent expansion of technical sales teams in both the US and Europe, ProPhotonix is well positioned to increase sales of our product portfolio for industrial and consumer markets, including high-power laser devices,” said Gunnar Stolze, vice president of global sales of industrial and consumer products at Oclaro of San Jose, Calif.
