Solstice Max from ClassOne Technology is a modular 300-mm single-wafer platform. The system combines electroplating, photoresist strip, and wet etch in a compact, scalable platform supporting both 200-mm and 300-mm wafers. The system supports silicon, glass, thinned, and bonded wafers, with up to 16 process chambers for electrochemical deposition, solvent, and etch applications. It has a cleanroom-friendly footprint and accommodates fabs with height restrictions.
